PLEASE NOTE: If any ready-to-ship items are included with this your order, they will not ship until the preorder has arrived. To receive any ready-to-ship items immediately, please place a separate order. 

• Do not combine PO (preorders) with RTS (ready to ship) items. Unless you are willing to wait on your RTS items to ship with your preorder items.
• CUTS ARE MADE AFTER THE FIRST 48 HOURS and throughout the preorder. Everything is guaranteed until cuts are made on zero ordered or slower moving items.
• Double check your order before placing. Once placed we can NOT alter it in anyway.

Because our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you receive an item with a defect, you may return it for a full refund or replacement (if available). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
